Pattern: Complete. Unprinted tissue. All pieces have small tears from use. #4 (Collar) has 1/2" corner torn away. #6 (Pocket) has large tears and missing sections. #8 (Back) has large 6" tear. Includes instructions that are located on the back of the envelope only.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears and open edges.
