Simplicity pattern circa 1972
Smock-Dress or Top and Blouse: The blouse with back button closing and long set-in sleeves gathered with elastic casings and optional embroidered eyelet edging trim. Smock-dress or top is gathered to yoke has back zipper, square neckline and short ruffle type sleeves. Smock-dress V. 1 & 2 have patch pockets. V. 1 has embroidered eyelet edging trim. V. 2 has lace medallion trim.

Waist: 20"
Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage conditions with small tears and some discoloration. Will come in baggie for storage.
