1960's Simplicity Child's Dress Pattern with Button Detail, Detachable Collar and Cuffs - Chest 26" - No. 4756

Simplicity pattern circa 1963

One-Piece Dress with Detachable Collar and Cuffs: Dress has set-in sleeves, full gathered skirt and back button closing. V. 1 has long sleeves, contrasting detachable collar and cuffs with lace trim and self or purchased belt. V. 2 has short sleeves, lace trim on contrasting collar and lower edges of sleeves, button trim and self or purchased belt. V. 3 has short sleeves, ribbon trim and ribbon tie belt.


Chest: 26"

Waist: 23"

Hips: 28"


Pattern: MISSING B (Back Bodice). Printed tissue. G (Back and Side Front Skirt) and H (Collar view 1-2) each have a 1/2" hole. Comes with paper instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, darkness and weak sides.
