1950's Butterick Child's Button Up Shirt Pattern - Chest 26" - No. 6614

Shirtwaist Blouse: Choice of Sleeves. Here's the blouse that adapts to her indoor and outdoor needs - convertible collar, breast pocket and shirt tails. (A) Long sleeved version is perfect for school. (B) Short sleeved blouse is wonderful for sporty occasions.

Chest: 26"

Waist: 23"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Has EXTRA Collar Piece. 5 (Sleeve) cut to Short length, with extension present to make long sleeve. Comes with paper instructions that have a large tear along the middle.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, darkening, and weak/torn edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
