Simplicity pattern circa 1940's

CHILD'S DRESS AND PANTIES. Bodice is trimmed with beading, run through with ribbon tying in bows at shoulders or with ruffle joined in bodice seams. Binding finishes neck , back opening and sleeves which are gathered in armhole and at lower edge. Skirt is gathered at waistline under sash or belt. Panties finished with elastic top.
